Please note that for all speaking opportunities, speakers are required to pay a  registration FEE. If you require an honorarium, fee, or reimbursement of expenses (travel, etc.) to speak, please do not submit a proposal. Proposals are accepted year-round.

We will be holding a block of rooms in at least 2 hotels – both hotels will be located within the main streets.

The “Unbounded 2025” group rates per night of stay will be also shortly announced. You must be a registered Meeting attendee to book in the hotel block.

Please note: Room blocks often sell out in advance of the cutoff date. We encourage you to book early to ensure the room/rate of your choice.

Hotels allow cancellations without penalty up to seven days prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date.

Contact the hotel directly to cancel or modify your reservation. WLA is not responsible for any charges incurred due to failure to cancel a reservation or “no show” charges incurred due to non-cancellation.

Any company registering three to seven attendees will receive a group discount of 20% of each registration.

Any company registering eight or more attendees will receive a group discount of 25% off of each registration.

When registering online, please indicate you will be registering a group.

Registrations must be submitted at the same time to receive the discount. Group discount cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

If paying for your group via check or wire transfer, or if you need additional support with group registrations, please email contact@worldonealliance.com and we will assist in registering your group.


Payment for a minimum of three registrations must be received at one time in order to qualify for the group rate. No retroactive group rates will be given. If you already have a group registration for your organization and would like to add additional registrants, please email at contact@worldlawalliance.com

Registrations are not considered confirmed until payment is processed.

Please do not consider your registration complete until you have received the confirmation email.

If you are a WLA member, after registering for Annual Meeting, you will receive a written registration confirmation by email. If you don’t see an email from WLA, please first check your spam/junk mail folder. Then please request a re-send of your confirmation email. If you still didn’t receive it, please contact us at +91 8505999819

If you are a nonmember, after registering for Annual Meeting, you will receive a written acknowledgement of receipt of your registration by email, followed by a registration confirmation after your eligibility has been approved. Please allow 24-48 hours after submission for eligibility approval.

Registrations cannot be cancelled , except for transfer to another person or taken over to the other event registration.

If the conference is canceled or postponed, tickets will remain valid, and can be used at the next in-person event.

Force Majeure applies.

Substitute attendees (from the same organization and eligible to attend) are always welcome.

A guest is defined as a spouse or significant other, friend, or relative and does not work in an industry-related occupation.

If you want to bring a guest, please provide their name where indicated on your registration.

Guests must check in at the registration desk onsite and will be issued a guest badge, which will allow access to the evening receptions ONLY.

Guests may not attend any educational programs or other meal functions, or enter the conference area at any other time. The registration fee is US$250.00/guest (limit 2).

Participants with special needs should note them on the registration form or contact WONE GLOBAL concierge at contact@worldlawalliance.com. Requests for special accommodations should be sent as soon as you register, but no later than December 15, 2023, so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
