Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall first be subject to the UNIONE™ Prevention Stage under Articles 8–12 of the UNIONE™ Rules, including appointment of a Standing Neutral within 30 days of execution of this agreement. If not resolved through the Prevention Stage or Structured Resolution Stage within the applicable periods, the dispute shall be finally resolved by arbitration administered by UNIONE™ in accordance with the UNIONE™ International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution Rules.
