Leora is a trusted advisor and strategic partner with a proven track record of providing practical solutions and creative ideas to drive private and public companies to succeed and their team members to feel valued, engaged, and ignited. 

She spent several years advising employers and litigating cases in a large law firm in the Pacific Northwest.  In 2017, she joined Ajinomoto, a publicly traded company in Japan, to oversee employment and litigation matters in North America.  During that time she lead a successful response to the coronavirus/COVID-19 for thousands of workers and their families.  In recognition of this outstanding leadership and ingenuity, she received the 2020 Women, Influence & Power in Law Award for the Manufacturing Industry.  She is currently Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Ajinomoto’s North America Division.
