Fátima Correia da Silva is a lawyer with 17 years of experience in Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud Investigations, and Auditing. She worked in Angola for 9 years and is now the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel at Critical Techworks in Portugal. She manages compliance risk and holds three master’s degrees in Data Privacy, Corporate Law, and Intellectual Property Law. Currently, she is focused on IP&TMT and Data Privacy issues in the tech sector. Fátima is the president of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners in Portugal and is certified in ESG by the Corporate Governance Institute.
